Do I need to book an appointment?

You don't have to book an appointment. Walk-ins are always welcome.

What kind of repairs do you offer?

We offer phone repair, laptop repair, computer repair, gaming consoles, smartwatches and much more! Contact us with a detailed message regarding your issue.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

All your order details will be e-mailed to your selected e-mail. Please make sure to use the correct e-mail when signing up or ordering.

How can I return an item?

You can request a return on your order dashboard. If you are unable to proccess the request, send us an e-mail to: info@mrbot.ca.

I forgot my login password. How can I get my account back?

Head over to the top right bar and click login/register. From there, click Lost your password. After that please provide the e-mail that you used when you signed up. Your password reset instructions will be sent to that e-mail.
